Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form.Â
Initial Examination
Your dentist will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, and any required X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At Forest Hill Children's Dentistry, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and insurance so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Insurance Claims
Our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost (or the patient portion if direct-billing to your insurance) must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
Support for Anxious Patients
We understand that a visit to the dentist may not always be easy for some of our younger patients.
To help ensure your child can still receive the oral care they need, while helping to ease their anxiety during treatment, we offer a number of sedation options, including nitrous oxide and oxygen sedation (laughing gas), deep sedation, and general anaesthesia.Â
